I'm skeptical. It’s not practical enough for most Indian families and the range is too limited. It's not enough to have EVs that only do short city trips. We need EVs that can do it all.

I’ve been driving the Comet for 6 months now, and it’s surprisingly practical for city use. Parking is no problem and driving through traffic is a breeze. I only used my other car a couple times since getting it.

Practical? Of course, if you’re single and only drive within the city, maybe. It's way too limited for a family or anyone who has to be out of town occasionally. With a normal hatchback that can do it all, you are better off.

It was a bit skeptical at first, but when test driven, I'm impressed. It has enough power for city driving and the interior is more spacious than you'd think. Not for everybody, but for my daily commute, it's perfect.

This is a glorified golf cart. Let’s be real. Yes, parking might be easy, but so is a bicycle. At least a bike won’t leave you stranded when the battery dies. Hard pass for me.

The lack of fast charging is a deal breaker, so I was considering it, but … If I have to take an unforeseen longer trip, what then? For now, I’ll stick with my Tiago EV.

It’s trying way too hard to be quirky. It's not something I'd like to be seen driving, it looks like a toy car. I wouldn't want to roll up to work in that thing.

At first, I thought it was weird, but it’s grown on me. There's something nice about it, and the small size makes sense for what it's being used for. It also stands out in a sea of cars that look the same.

As a designer I like what MG is doing here. They’re making their own norms, making their own identity. Whether you like it or not, you have to say that it is memorable.
