I think they'll be great! No more having to worry about dinging the car next to you. And it'll be so much easier to get kids in and out in crowded areas.

In fact, they might actually be perfect for India. Unlike regular doors, you can open them just a bit in tight spots, and squeeze in.

I am more concerned with power failures. You could get stuck inside with no electricity (and no way to open the doors). MG damn well better have a good manual override system.

Real talk, if you’re actually buying this car you’ve got a driver and you don’t park in tight spots. The target market doesn’t give a shit.

I think it's innovative. If it works, other manufacturers may take it up to use in their MPVs. It could be the start of a new trend in India.

None of these SUVs in this price range have a third row that's truly comfortable. Given its size constraints, the Hector Plus does a fair job.

I think it’s a bit of a stretch to call it a 7 seater. But it's great for 5 adults and maybe 2 kids in the back.
