Due to low sales, the Maruti Celerio diesel was discontinued just a year after its launch. Maruti Suzuki had to clear the leftover inventory with significant discounts. I believe the markets preference for petrol and CNG variants over diesel might have played a role in this decision.

The diesel engine of celerio is not a good engine and it's a noise like an auto which down the value of the car. And after running of AC it takes time in picking up the speed
