USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Mahindra e-Verito Electric D4 is a pragmatic choice for those looking for an electric sedan tailored for everyday city commutes. While it may not excel in terms of range or features, it offers a comfortable and spacious interior, making it a great option for family use. The cars low running and maintenance costs are significant advantages, especially for those who prioritize economical operation. However, the limited range of 140 km per charge and the lack of advanced features might be deterrents for some. Despite these limitations, the e-Veritos smooth and silent drive, coupled with its reliable battery and motor technology, make it a viable choice for urban driving. Overall, it is a solid option for those who can manage within its range constraints.
Price
The Mahindra e-Verito Electric D4 is priced competitively in the Indian market. At the time of its launch, the base D2 variant was priced at Rs 9.5 lakh, while the D4 and D6 variants were priced at Rs 9.75 lakh and Rs 10 lakh respectively, all prices ex-showroom Delhi. On-road prices can vary depending on the state and local taxes, but you can expect to pay around Rs 10.5 lakh to Rs 11.5 lakh for the D4 variant. Considering the low operating costs and the government incentives for electric vehicles, the e-Verito offers good value for money, especially for those who plan to use it for daily city commutes.
