Pre-launch bookings for the 2024 Honda Freed are now open in Singapore. The compact seven-seat MPV will be available in two variants: the HE7 and HS7, with the HE7 featuring air-conditioning vents for rear passengers. The Freed is powered by a hybrid system with a 1.5-liter engine, offering 130bhp and 253Nm of torque, and a fuel economy of 20km/L. Early bird discounts and exclusive warranties are offered for pre-bookings. I think this is a great option for families looking for a practical and efficient vehicle.

Honda has begun sales of the all-new Freed in Japan, starting from June 28, 2024. The third-generation Freed is designed with the concept of “Smile: Just Right Mover,” aiming to support people’s everyday lives. It features improved packaging, a horizontal and noiseless dashboard, and enhanced dynamic performance. The vehicle is available in various configurations, including hybrid and gasoline options, and a wheelchair-accessible variant.

The 2024 Honda Freed has been unveiled ahead of its market launch in Japan, scheduled for June 2024. The new model adopts styling cues from the larger Step WGN and is available in standard Air and rugged Crosstar versions. It offers gasoline and self-charging hybrid powertrains, with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive options. The Freed features a larger free-standing infotainment display and roof-mounted climate vents for rear passengers. I believe the design improvements make it a more appealing choice for families.

The new Honda Freed boasts an impressively low cargo floor, making it easier to load and unload cargo. This feature is particularly beneficial for wheelchair access, as it allows for a ramp to be installed. The vehicle also includes a front passenger seat that swings out for easier accessibility. This focus on accessibility is a significant advantage, especially in Japans aging population.
