The bike can only be bought from the used 2 wheeler market shops or a Unicorn 150 owner as company has discontinued the bike and brought a 160 cc version of the same. The Unicorn 150 has been in the Indian market from a long time and came with 149.1 cc, air cooled engine producing 13.14 BHP and 12.84 NM of torque. It has a single front disc brake and took 5 seconds to reach 60 kmph from 0. The bike had a 13 liter fuel tank and a comfortable 790 mm of seat height. The 179 mm of ground clearance makes it a good bike for Indian roads and when available, it was sold for INR 66,800.

The built quality of Honda CB Unicorn 160 is much better to that of the Hero Xtreme. No doubt, the Xtreme has 0.7 BHP of advantage over the Unicorn, the Unicorn wins in all other aspects. It returns a better mileage and torque value than the Xtreme. Company claims the mileage to be 62 kmpl. The maintenance cost of both the bikes remain equal, with an advantage of lower ex-showroom price for the Unicorn 160.
