Yamaha Introduces 4 New Shades for R15 Version 2.0
Yamaha R15 2.0 version has been on sale in the Indian market since 2011. Now, the company has introduced 4 new colors for this 150cc model. These colors are Raring Red, Racing Blue, Invincible Black and Grid Gold (Special Edition). Main motto of launching bike in new colors is to attract more customers. Its amazing colors will surely be liked by youngsters between the age of 18-24. The Raring Red and Invincible Black is available for Rs. 1.10 lakh. The Racing Blue and Grid Gold Edition has been priced higher at Rs. 1.13 lakh.
R15 is equipped with similar features which are present in its existing model. Mechanically, there are no updates. It is loaded with a single-cylinder, 4valve, 4stroke, SOHC liquid cooled engine which generate 17PS at 8500rpm of maximum power and peak torque of 15NM at 7500rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The fuel capacity of the bike is 12-litres. The main rivals of R15 are Honda CBR150R, Hero Karizma ZMR, Bajaj Pulsar 200NS, KTM 200 Duke and TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS.
