Mahindra Launches New Variants of Pantero

Mahindra TwoWheelers has launched three more variant of its entry level motorcycle, the Pantero. The three new variants are T2, T3 and T4. Mahindra TwoWheelers is gradually elaborating its presence across India in the phased manner. The Pantero commuter motorcycle is now on sale in four states of India: Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan. The addition of the variants gives more choices to the buyer as these variants comes with lower equipment levels and with lower price tags. The T2, T3 and T4 variants are priced at INR 47990, 45690 and 44690 respectively.

While the fully loaded T1 variant coasts INR 48990 (all ex-showroom Chennai figures). All the 4 variants of  Pantero motorcycle are powered by 107cc 4-stroke single cylinder engine. This motor produces max power output of 8.38 bhp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 8.5 Nm at 5500 rpm. A 4 speed manual gearbox is available as standard and the company claims fuel mileage of 79.5 kmpl. The T4 variant of the Pantero is the entry level variant that offers analog display, kick start option and spoked wheels as standard, the T3 features alloy wheels to the package. The T2 variant adds a self starter and the top T1 variant replaces provides a digital display.
