MAXABOUT RATING AND OVERVIEW

Vehicle Overview
Yamaha FZ1 was the most powerful street fighter for its price and discontinued due to unknown reasons. It looked a bit outdated but carried the same engine as Yamaha R1. The engine was de-tuned to produce 148 BHP at 11000 rpm and 106 Nm at 8000 rpm. The motorcycle carried a healthy 18 liter fuel tank while weighs just 214 kg. The top speed of the same is rated at 258 kmph while the new replacement at the equivalent price segment is Yamaha MT-09. It rivals none other than Suzuki GSX-S1000, Honda CB1000R and Kawasaki Z1000.Kawasaki Z800 is a middleweight performance street bike from the Japanese bike maker. The 806cc, inline 4 engine on the Z800 is good for 111.3 BHP at 10200 rpm and 83 Nm at 8000 rpm. It carries a high 834 mm of seat height while its ground clearance is pretty normal at 150 mm. It claims a top speed of 233 kmph while its overall weight is bit more on the heavier side at 231 kg. Still, it just takes 3.5 seconds to reach 100 kmph from standstill. Kawasaki Z800 rivals Ducati Monster 821 and Benelli TNT 899 in the Indian market.Hero Hastur is a street bike concept from the Indian manufacturer, claiming one of the best performance values around its segment in the present form. It will be built into a production ready middleweight street fighter in the future. Hastur is powered by a 620cc,parallel twin engine producing 78.9 BHP at 9600 rpm and 72 Nm at 7750 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The concept weighs just 160 kg, providing it with the most effective power to weight ratio among all other bikes of the class. Hero's local production can benefit the motorcycle maker and Hastur could launch with a price tag of just INR 4 lakh in the Indian market. It can even be a lower price as Hyosung GT650N retails for even less.
