The launch of Hero Achiever 150 may have brought smiles on the faces of commuter loving riders but people are actually waiting to see the on-road versions of those extremely good looking machines at last two Auto Expos, the HX250R, XF3R, and the Hastur 620. Creating more excitement this time, Hero MotoCorp has officially announced that they will launch a new product at the end of Dakar Rally on 14th January 2017.
The 'new' title to the product here means it would be something different from Hero's Xtreme 200S, HX250, XF3R and Hastur. Actually, these 4 products can change the way people look at Hero MotoCorp as they offer distinctive styling and power engines to make them the best ones in their respective segment. Not just that, the pricing of these products can also make them one of the most attractive options when launched.
Continuing with the 'new' product, which is most expected to be a motorcycle, will be unfortunately different from those which have been named above. It can be something which has some resemblance to the Dakar Rally theme, most probably being the more powerful Impulse 250 or Impulse 200. The off-road motorcycle may not have a big fan following in India but internationally, it can be a benchmark product in terms of affordability and practicality.
