Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 - Adventure Awaits

One of the most highly-anticipated bikes, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452, has been unveiled. While full specifications are yet to be disclosed some tantalizing details have surfaced. This adventure-ready machine will be propelled by a potent 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, churning out an impressive 40PS of power, and it will be paired with a slick 6-speed gearbox. The grand unveiling of this adventure motorcycle is set for November 7, 2023, at EICMA, and the official launch is expected to follow shortly thereafter.

In a recent YouTube teaser, Royal Enfield shared a torque graph hinting at the new Himalayan's remarkable torque output, from the graph it is evident that the bike will deliver a peak torque of 40Nm at 5,000rpm promising robust performance for off-road enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

Ducati Scrambler 2G Range - Iconic Upgrades

Ducati, the Italian bike maestro is all set to delight its fans with the next generation of Scrambler 800s. Last year, Ducati unveiled three exciting variants: Icon, Full Throttle, and Nightshift and these updated Scramblers bring a fresh breeze of style and performance. On Ducati's India website, tentative prices have been listed with the Full Throttle and Nightshift at around Rs 12 Lakh and the Icon at approximately Rs 10.39 Lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for all three variants are now officially open, and the launch is scheduled for sometime in November.

Aprilia RS 457 - Supersport Excellence

The Aprilia RS 457 has already made a splash on the global stage and made its way to the Indian shores in September 2023. Now, the Indian audience eagerly awaits the official price announcement expected later this month. This supersport marvel is equipped with a spirited 457cc, liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine generating a remarkable 47.6PS of power. The RS 457's design exudes the spirit of a true supersport with an aggressive front end reminiscent of the highly-praised Aprilia RS660.

Its anticipated price tag is estimated to fall in the range of Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom, including subsidies), making it an attractive option for environmentally conscious riders.

Yamaha R3 And MT-03 - A Dynamic Duo

Yamaha fans, rejoice! The eagerly awaited Yamaha R3 and MT-03 are finally making their way to the Indian market, and the excitement is palpable. These two bikes were showcased during the MotoGP IndianOil Grand Prix of India weekend setting the stage for their imminent arrival. The Yamaha R3 is powered by a lively 321cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine that produces a hearty 42PS and 29.5Nm of torque. The MT-03 shares the same powerplant but manages to squeeze out an extra 0.1Nm of torque.

Honorable Mention - Ather's High-Range Variants

Ather, a prominent player in the electric scooter segment, is preparing to introduce the HR (High Range) variants of the 450X and 450S this month and these variants promise extended range and enhanced performance. According to recent homologation documents, the 450S HR is certified for an impressive range of 156km, while the 450X HR boasts an even more remarkable 158km of certified range. Electric scooter enthusiasts are in for a treat as these high-range variants aim to redefine the electric riding experience.
