The recently updated Bajaj Avenger has sold nearly 31,000 units in the month of February 2016. Launched in October 2015, the Avenger 150 and 220 have registered a continuous month on month growth and Bajaj hopes to keep the sales sustain-ably increasing in the coming months. The new Avengers are available in 2 body styles, Street and Cruise. Street comes in two engine options whereas Cruise uses a single 220 cc engine only. Street is offered in Matt shades and black dominates the highlights of the same while Chrome is the basic of 220 Cruise. 1100 Bajaj sold 28,085 units of Avenger series in January 2016. Street 150 made 15,722 units from the total number and tags itself as the most sold variant from the Avenger lineup. Nearly 70 percent of the total sale number is said to be from the Avenger 150 Street in February 2016. The 150 cc engine from the Street is good for 14.3 bhp @ 9,000 rpm and 12.5 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The 14 liter on the bike is good for a long stretch in a single refill and it's cruiser bike properties makes it the most comfortable 150cc bike in its segment. Bajaj Avenger 150 Street is priced at Rs. 75,000 and Avenger 220 Street and Cruise are available for Rs. 84,999. These prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
