The Maruti Eeco Piknik concept model is not currently available for purchase. Only the standard Eeco variants, including the 5-seater, 7-seater, Cargo, Tour, and Ambulance configurations, are being sold in the market. The Eeco Piknik was displayed at the 2014 Auto Expo but has not been introduced as a production model[5>.

The prices of the petrol verion of the Maruti EECO start at INR 3.22 lacs and go upto INR 3.52 lacs. The CNG variants are priced at INR 3.89 and INR 4.25 lacs.

The Maruti Suzuki Omni comes with a 796 cc engine whereas the Eeco is powered by a 1196 cc, producing 73 BHP and 101 NM of torque. The Omni produce just 34.2 BHP and 59 NM of torque. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco comes with a 5-speed transmission whereas Omni had a 4-speed unit. Eeco returns better mileage when compared to Omni and definitely brings much more space than the Omni. It comes with better interiors, better NVH levels, seatbelts for each seat and single DIN music player. The seat quality and riding dynamics are much better in Eeco as compared to Omni. Eeco comes with a air conditioner, making it much more comfortable and joyful.
