Latest Updates
Friday, 17 May 2024 08:42 AM Mahindra has recently revised the prices of the Scorpio N, but this change also reflects on the overall pricing strategy for other Scorpio models, including the Scorpio 4x2 S4+. The new prices are applicable to select versions of the SUV, indicating a potential price hike for the S4+ variant as well. I believe this price adjustment could impact the market competitiveness of the Scorpio S4+, but its robust features and performance might still attract buyers.
Monday, 15 April 2024 01:03 AM The Mahindra Scorpio S4+ (Diesel) comes equipped with a 2.2-litre diesel engine, producing 120 bhp and 280 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. This setup provides a balance between city driving and long road trips, making it a practical choice for many users. I think the engines efficiency and the vehicles overall comfort make it a strong contender in its segment.
Wednesday, 20 March 2024 12:01 AM In terms of safety, the Mahindra Scorpio S4+ includes essential features such as dual front airbags, central locking, and rear parking sensors. However, it lacks some advanced safety features compared to newer models like the Scorpio N. I believe that while these safety features are a good start, Mahindra could consider upgrading them to match modern safety standards.
Wednesday, 28 February 2024 12:58 PM The Mahindra Scorpio S4+ (Diesel) boasts a mileage of 16.36 kmpl, which is quite efficient for a vehicle in its class. This fuel efficiency, combined with its 60-litre fuel tank, makes it suitable for long drives without frequent fuel stops. I think the mileage is one of the standout features that will appeal to buyers looking for a cost-effective SUV.
Thursday, 25 January 2024 05:04 AM The Scorpio S4+ (Diesel) is available with several convenience features, including power windows, front power windows, and externally adjustable ORVMs. These features enhance the driving experience and passenger comfort. I got my red colored new Mahindra Scorpio few days ago. It comes with few aesthetic changes which I like the most. The engine used in it is the same peppy powerful but it is now doing its duty more silently. As company claims that they have made many changes, I am pretty disagree to this. I just found changes in front fascia while the side profile is same. Inside the cabin, dashboard is new other features are same. Another aspects of this SUV that is worth mentioning is the spacious and airy feeling in the cabin. The biggest handling problem of previous model is still remains in this SUV. So, If got a chance to exchange my car, I would change it with XUV500.

Few days backs, I bought new Mahindra Scorpio from Chandigarh. Now the face is more aggressive as compared to previous variant. The headlamps, bumper and grille are all new. The new Scorpio is ergonomically quite interesting with all the operational equipment well in reach. The new gearbox in the SUV gives it improved shift quality, clutch is light too so shifting gears needs less effort than before. One of the weakest point of the Mahindra was the ride and handling balance, and company has done great work to improve it. The tyres offer good grip which leads to comfort-ability while having long trips on tough roads. Considering the weight and price of the car, it definitely performs well in the dynamics section too. The after sales service of the company is good and there hasn't been much complaint about the same. The fuel efficiency of the new Scorpio has gone up nearly 1 kmpl, from the previously-claimed 14.7 kmpl.

Best Features: Ride and handling

Pros: Improved dynamics, ride and handling, comfortable, fuel efficient

Cons: Doubtful build quality
