Latest Updates

In November 2023, the Hyundai Verna, which has been a staple in the Indian market since its debut in 2006, received minor updates. The new updates include a boot lid spoiler to enhance its sporty profile and a new Amazon Grey color scheme. Prices were increased uniformly by Rs 4,000 across all variants except the base EX trim. I think these updates will help the Verna stay competitive in the mid-size sedan segment.

In March 2023, Hyundai launched the sixth-generation Verna in India, marking a significant upgrade. This new generation is the biggest, most powerful, and best-equipped version to date, featuring premium elements like radar-based ADAS, integrated displays, and climate-controlled front seats. The prices started from Rs 10.90 lakh (introductory ex-showroom). I believe this new generation will attract a lot of buyers looking for a feature-rich sedan.

The 2009 Hyundai Verna faced an issue where the vehicle would start for a few minutes and then shut down. This problem was discussed among enthusiasts, with possible causes including water in the fuel, clogged suction-end filters, moisture in HT coil packs, shorted spark plugs, or a faulty immobilizer. I think diagnosing such issues requires a thorough check of the vehicles systems.

In 2009, the Hyundai Verna was known for its spacious and feature-rich interior. It came with engines such as the 1.6-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel, offering a balance of performance and fuel efficiency. The Verna also featured automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and tilt telescopic steering, making it a popular choice in the sedan segment. I think the Vernas blend of comfort and features made it a standout in its time.

When the Hyundai Verna was first introduced in 2006, it quickly gained popularity for its fluidic design and robust engine options. The initial models included a 1.6-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, with both manual and automatic transmission options. The Verna was praised for its aggressive look and retuned suspension. I believe the Vernas debut marked a significant entry for Hyundai in the Indian sedan market.

I am using a 2009 MALCN41VR9M078737 Verna CRDi my problem with this vehicle is low clearance I changed my tyre size to 205/60R14 for better comfort and road grip. Now road clearance is very low than before. I need some solution to raise the high of both front and back I heard suspension studs and rear coil spring studs in extra large size are available to resolve the issue if so where can I find them regards
Best Features: Very good suspension very good ac compressor
Pros: The breaks are perfect economically very convenient sedan
Cons: Should increase little bit road clearance and roof top high and smoother gearshift
