USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Honda City EXi is a compelling choice in the sedan segment, particularly for those prioritizing comfort, fuel efficiency, and reliability. From my experience, the City EXi excels in rear seat comfort, making it an ideal family car or for those who often have chauffeurs. The 1.5-liter petrol engine is smooth and responsive, providing a pleasant driving experience. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as the infotainment system, which feels outdated compared to some of its competitors, and the lack of ventilated seats, which would be a welcome addition in Indias hot climate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the City EXi remains a strong contender with its spacious cabin, good highway manners, and robust safety features, including standard six airbags and advanced driver assistance systems.
Price
The price of the Honda City EXi in India varies depending on the location and the specific features chosen. Ex-showroom prices for the Honda City EXi typically start around 11.5 lakh to 12.5 lakh, depending on whether you opt for the manual or CVT transmission. On-road prices, including taxes, registration, and insurance, can range from 14 lakh to 16 lakh. While this may seem steep, the City EXi offers a premium feel and a host of features that justify the cost. For instance, the cars refined engine, comfortable ride, and extensive safety kit make it a valuable investment for those seeking a reliable and comfortable sedan.
Mileage
Friday, 22 November 2024 07:26 PM When it comes to mileage, the Honda City EXi is quite impressive. In urban traffic, you can expect around 13-14 kilometers per liter, while on highways, this figure can easily rise to 16-17 kilometers per liter. This fuel efficiency is a significant advantage, especially given the current fuel prices in India. The cars ability to deliver good mileage without compromising on performance makes it an attractive option for those concerned about running costs.
