The Fiat Linea T-Jet is a sedan that combines Italian design flair with robust performance. Powered by a 1.4-liter turbocharged petrol engine, it delivers peak power at 5,000 RPM and offers a driving experience that is both exhilarating and addictive. The car features a 5-speed manual gearbox, all-four-disc brakes, and a suspension setup that ensures a smooth ride over various road conditions. Our take on this /// Verdict
The Fiat Linea T-Jet is a gem that stands out in its segment, particularly for enthusiasts who crave performance and a driving experience that is hard to match. The T-Jet engine is a marvel, offering explosive acceleration and a thrilling drive, especially once the turbo kicks in. The cars design, both inside and out, is stunning, with a premium feel that is enhanced by the chrome touches and the elegant interior layout. However, the higher ground clearance can affect the handling dynamics, and the gearbox, while positive, is not the smoothest. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Linea T-Jet is a very capable car that offers excellent ride quality, solid build, and superb brakes. If you still enjoy the thrill of driving, this car is an excellent choice.

On-road prices would typically range from 11 lakh to 12.5 lakh, including taxes, registration, and other costs. Given its performance, features, and build quality, the Linea T-Jet offered good value for money, especially for those seeking a fun-to-drive sedan.

Mileage
Wednesday, 20 November 2024 07:34 PM
The mileage of the Fiat Linea T-Jet is a consideration for potential buyers. According to ARAI, the Linea T-Jet is rated at 15.7 kml, but real-world mileage tends to be lower, typically ranging between 10-12 kml. This is due to the cars heavier weight and the nature of the turbocharged engine. While it may not be the most fuel-efficient option, the performance it offers makes it a worthwhile trade-off for many drivers.
