The riding position is murder on my wrists on long commutes, but weekends are a blast. I don’t think it’s ideal for daily use.

As a daily, it's overkill. Not enough maintenance for regular commuting. Save it for the fun rides.

I find it perfect for both. It’s comfortable enough for my 30 minute commute but still exciting on the weekends when I hit the twisties.

It’s not practical for a daily. And no storage, and you have to worry about it getting knocked over in parking lots.

Mine have done 10,000 miles commuting. If you are used to sports bikes, it’s fine. It’s not that expensive, just invest in a good backpack.

Surprisingly good for daily use really. Nimble, fuel efficient and always willing to take the long way home.

Terrible commuter. Just too thirsty and too maintenance heavy. Leave it as a toy for weekends.

I say use it for both. How can you ride a boring bike, even on commutes, life's too short for that.

It's a compromise. This is not the best commuter, nor the best weekend bike, but it’s pretty good at both. The jack of all trades and master of none.

The corners of the RS4 125 are on rails. It won't have the fastest top speed of some others, but it's the best thing to drive in the twisties.

I've been on the RS4 and the R125 and I have to say the Yamaha feels less raw. The Aprilia has a character, but it’s not as smooth.

They’re all pretty similar performance wise. It's not so much which one is faster as it is which one makes you feel like a badass and for me, that's the Aprilia.

On the looks front, the RS4 definitely has the goods, however, I found the KTM RC 125 to be more responsive and easier to ride fast.

All of them are restricted in stock form anyway. The real difference happens when you start modding and the Aprilia has a lot of potential.

I've tracked the RS4 and CBR125R. The Honda is more forgiving for beginners, but the Aprilia pays you back for your skill.

The fuel pump problem is a pretty common one, but it’s a relatively simple fix. Not a deal breaker if you know your way around tools.

These bikes have the worst electrical problems. It's a pain to diagnose because my dash keeps going crazy.

I have had mine for two years and zero issues. Regular maintenance is key.
