Mitsubishi Motors has launched the much-awaited Pajero Sport in India today (12th March, 2012). It is available in only one model featuring 5-speed manual gearbox. It has been priced very competitively at Rs. 22.56 lakhs (ex-showroom New Delhi in October, 2012). Pajero Sport is powered by a 2.5 litre diesel engine which generates maximum power of 176 bhp with maximum torque of 400 nm. In terms of looks and styling Pajero Sport is much better in comparison to the Pajero SFX and Outlander. It is a proper 7-seater but third row of seats is not comfortable for adults. The interiors of Pajero Sport are quite spacious; the central console comes with faux wood finish. The dashboard and doors comes with black and beige dual-tone theme. Pajero Sport is available in very attractive shades and it has reached at all the Mitsubishi dealers (bookings are open).
