Mahindra all-set to Launch Mojo 300 in India by August-September

Mahindra is all set to launch its flagship motorcycle, 'Mojo 300' in the Indian market by August-September, 2015. The production of this motorcycle has been started at the company's plant located in Madhya Pradesh on limited scale. While there are also rumour that it is going to be launch in early August. So let's see when company actually launch it. But this is sure that the launch event is going to take place between August and September.  

The Mahindra has crafted this motorcycle with amazing tweaks that make it worthy contender in the market competition. As per the production version spy shots, it comes with Black / Grey combination with Golden inputs which make this bike a centre of attraction. The company has badged Mojo on black colored tank and Mahindra on the engine which is never seen on the other motorcycle of this segment. Other features noticed on the motorcycle are Pirelli Tyres, USD forks, golden inverted telescopic fork, twin headlamps, small LED taillight and twin exhausts system.  

Mechanically, Mahindra Mojo 300 is expected to be equipped with 295cc DOHC 4-stroke, SI engine which is tuned to generate a maximum power around 27-30 Bhp and torque around 25-27 (expected figures). It is likely to be paired to 6-speed gearbox. It is expected to come with a 21litres fuel tank capacity, 165kg kerb weight and 1450mm wheelbase.  As per the spec list, it is going to beat the likes of Honda CB300F, Kawasaki Z250, Yamaha MT-25, KTM Duke 200 etc. And it is expected to be priced around INR 1.5 lakh to 1.75 lakh.
