Hyosung’s GV250 Up Next

Hyosung's tie up with DSK, has recently completed its successful year. Its success will upgrade by its warmly received GV650 cruiser bike. With sales of over 1,260 bikes in just 10 months (from August 2012), their partnership marked an successful innings in India.

GV250 is confirmed to be the next Korean bike in India. Cruiser motorcycle reminds of the Hyosung Aquilla, that came in 2003, in India. The GV250 has a low seat height and comfortable pillion. It provide center of gravity for easy handling. GV250  features, single round headlight, rear view mirrors and cruiser like handlebars. The GV250 has a four-stroke, fuel-injected engine that outputs maximum power of 28bhp and 249cc oil-cooled.

It gets a cruiser typical fuel tank. The 8 valve engine is fitted with a 5- speed gearbox and emits power to its rear wheel via an exposed chain. It has a  dual shock absorbers at the rear and basic telescopic fork front suspension. Cruiser consist of single disc brake in front and drum type rear brake.

Dates for the GV250 launch are not confirmed yet but DSK Motowheels are aiming to bring the bike in, as a CKD at the year end.
