The comeback of Hero Xtreme brand name is nothing than a miracle for the Indian brand. All the credit goes to Xtreme 200R as buyers can get an impressive 200cc machine in the price segment of ABS-equipped 150cc bikes in India. Hero Xtreme scored 3656 units last month and got 116% of an increase in the monthly sales figure in comparison to 1693 units in November 2017. The improvement is seen at such a time when popular motorcycles are struggling to retain their existing numbers in India. Hero Karizma just scored 4 units while Achiever and Glamour also had a similar downfall like most other mass market brands.

Hero Xtreme 200R[/caption]
Hero Xtreme is available with a 199.6cc, single cylinder engine producing maximum power of 18.4 HP and 17.1 Nm of torque. Those looking for an affordable version can get their hands on the 149.2cc version, producing 15.6 HP and 13.5 Nm. However, the price difference is not that justified as the former comes with ABS and more power and demands less than INR 8,000 in comparison to the 150cc Xtreme. Hero Motocorp is India’s largest selling mass-market brand and every new product from their side comes with value for money tag attached with it from the first day of existence.
