Yamaha SS125 is a better option than Yamaha Saluto. It produces 10.9 BHP from its 123 cc motor. On the other hand the power values for Saluto are not even a match for the SS125. The Yamaha SS125 comes with a disc brake and has a larger fuel tank when compared to the Saluto. It is more practical over the 4-speed Saluto, with its 5-speed constant mesh gearbox. With a price difference of INR 3,500 we can say the SS125 really justifies what an ideal 125 cc bike in India should be.

Power values are more when compared to SZ RR version 2.0. SZ RR and FZS have a very low mileage difference between them, which expands when the throttle of both the bikes are pulled. FZS being a more performance oriented motorcycle comes up with more fuel burning when at high speeds but in general riding, the difference would not be a meaningful point of concern. You should go for FZS version 2.0.
