Can you forgive the quirks of the Nissan Juke for its fuel efficiency?

Everyone is too obsessed with fuel efficiency. The Juke is fun to drive and people will notice it. I'll take that few extra bucks at the pump.
Can you forgive the quirks of the Nissan Juke for its fuel efficiency?

I bought my Juke for the looks and it's small size. It's just a bonus to the fuel efficiency. It isn't great, but it is good enough that I don't regret my choice.
Can you forgive the quirks of the Nissan Juke for its fuel efficiency?

Fuel economy in the real world is disappointing. But I'm not seeing it, Nissan talks up the efficiency. But it’s definitely not enough to make up for the cramped interior and the weird CVT.
Can you forgive the quirks of the Nissan Juke for its fuel efficiency?

It's all relative. The Juke feels super efficient to me coming from a big SUV. And it’s a hell of a lot more interesting to look at. Win-win in my book.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?
06 January 2025 07:52
The AWD on the GT-R is still fantastic. It may not have the fancy torque vectoring of newer systems, but it just gets the job done. It’s mind blowing still the way it puts power down.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?

It’s good, but it’s not mind blowing. It has been caught up and in some ways surpassed by cars like the Porsche 911 Turbo. Now the GT-R's system feels a bit old school.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?
06 January 2025 07:52
It's so mechanical, I think it's still impressive. The new electric AWD systems might be more advanced on paper, but they don't give you that connected feeling like the GT R.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?

It's a double-edged sword. The performance is great with the AWD, but the GT-R is heavy because of it. It would be great to see what Nissan could do with it if they modernized it a bit.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?

The GT-R's AWD is still pure driving feel. Still, some of the new electric performance cars have it beat for outright capability. Whatever you want, it just depends.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?
06 January 2025 07:52
It's still impressive, I'd say, because it's been relevant for so long. It’s saying something that we're even comparing a 15 year old system to brand new tech.
Has the GT-R’s AWD system been left in the dust by other cars, or is it still impressive?

It's not the best anymore, but it's still unique. There is no other place you can get that experience of how the GT R's AWD works with the transmission to launch the car.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
The interior is definitely old, but not a deal breaker. It's functional, and you're buying a GT-R because it's a car you want to drive, not one to coddle you with luxury.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
It’s a total deal breaker for me, sorry. The interior should be way better for the price they're asking. You're sitting in a 10 year old Altima with carbon fiber tacked on.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
The GT-R's interior, I actually like. It's not a luxury car trying to be a luxury car, it's a driver's car. It's built to last and everything is where it should be. Giant iPad stuck to the dash? Who needs that?
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
On the inside, it’s fine, but the infotainment system is the real issue. It’s so old fashioned compared to the stuff you get in much cheaper cars. It's time for Nissan to update that.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
It's not great, but it's part of the charm of the GT R. Inside it's like an old school Japanese sports car. So if you want a fancy interior, buy a BMW or something.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
The GT-R package's weakest part is the interior. This isn’t terrible but it doesn’t feel special for a car sold in this price range. That's why I wouldn't really jump to buy one new.
Is the GT R’s interior a deal breaker in 2025 or has it aged well?
06 January 2025 07:52
I do not believe people make it out to be as bad as it is. It's not the fanciest, but it's comfortable, and everything is well made. And, you're not even looking at the interior when you're driving!
Is the GT R still a tuner’s dream in 2025, or are there better platforms?
06 January 2025 07:52
Tuning king is still the GT-R. The VR38 engine is bullet proof and insane power is no problem at all. And there's so much aftermarket support that you can build it however you want.
Is the GT R still a tuner’s dream in 2025, or are there better platforms?
06 January 2025 07:52
It’s good, but it’s not the best anymore. Tuning cars like the new Supra and even the C8 Corvette are getting popular. They start cheaper, and you have more modern tech to work with.
