If it has sliding doors and flexible seating, it's still a minivan. The design is just a bonus.

That depends on how car design trends progress. If other brands do the same, it could stay fresh. Otherwise, it might look like some weird outlier.

It might age ok as overall shape, but I'm sure some of the details like the light bar will look dated very quickly.

This will probably look dated in a few years, but then come back into fashion in about 20 years as a retro futurist classic.

It is a pretty timeless basic shape. It's just a sleek box. I'm sure it will age better than people think.

I absolutely love it! It's nice to see that minivan that doesn't look like a boring box on wheels. Looks like the Staria is driving straight out of a sci fi movie.

It's a miss for me. It is unique, but it also looks kinda goofy. For family vehicles, I like a more classic understated design.

I think it's brilliant. Hyundai is going out on a limb and pushing design forward. Sure it's not for everyone, but the auto industry needs more of this kind of innovation.

It's cool front end, but the rest of it looks like a loaf of bread. It’s not trying too hard to be futuristic, it just looks awkward.

I'm concerned with the practicality of that design. A nightmare for aerodynamics and fuel efficiency must be all those curves and that massive front end.

In photos, it’s a hit, but in person, it’s a miss. The closest you get to the plastic looking grille area really cheapens the overall appearance.

Absolutely worth it! Investments they are, but the cars are more than that. The trade off to something unique every day is in your driving pleasure, and that's worth it for my needs.
