I’ve had mine daily driven for a year and it’s been great. Yes, yes, a 911 is terribly practical, but a 911 is a hell of a lot more usable than most folks assume. It’s surprisingly spacious in the boot and rides compliantly to be a daily driver.

I would not recommend it as someone who tried to drive Vantage daily. It becomes old very fast when all you’re staring at is keeping the front splitter from scraping and the attention it draws.

It’s a good daily, but not for an ideal one. The biggest problems for me are the lack of visibility and the constant paranoia of parking lot door dings. However, if you can overcome that, it becomes a great daily driver.

I love my daily and use it. It has its quirks, but the car makes each drive an event. However, you will have to be prepared for frequent fuel stops and many long conversations with strangers at gas stations.

If you can afford to maintain it, then it is only a bargain. Otherwise you’re just going bankrupt in the nicest way possible.

It's the thinking man's exotic. That’s all the prestige and the performance, but none of the “look at me” factor of a Ferrari or Lambo.

It is a bargain in the same way that adopting a tiger is a bargain. It’s cheaper than buying one, yeah, but the ongoing costs will devour you.
