Tuesday, 22 October 2024 11:03 AM Toyota Kirloskar Motor has increased the prices of the Innova Crysta GX+ variant by up to Rs. 10,000, effective immediately. The GX+ variant, which was introduced earlier this year, now costs Rs. 21.49 lakh for the seven-seater and Rs. 21.54 lakh for the eight-seater version (ex-showroom). This price hike does not affect the other variants. I believe this increase might impact sales slightly, but the Innova Crystas popularity should help it weather the change.

There are no petrol or automatic transmission options, which might be a drawback for some buyers. However, the 2.4-litre diesel engine provides 148 bhp and 343 Nm of torque, making it a robust choice. I think the lack of an automatic transmission is a significant omission, but the diesel engines performance compensates somewhat.
