While Toyota showcased the C-HR globally and even teased an India-bound version based on the TNGA platform, it hasn’t materialised here. The global C-HR typically comes with petrol and hybrid powertrains, including a 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.8-litre hybrid, but none of these variants are available through Toyota India’s official channels. Expectations were high for a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine with around 144hp, eight colour options and 18-inch wheels, but these remain unconfirmed for India.
