Our take on this /// Verdict
The Maruti NEXA Baleno Sigma, while not available in a diesel variant, is a compelling choice in its petrol form. This car stands out for its blend of style, comfort, and features. The Sigma variant, although a base model, is well-equipped with essential features such as ABS with EBD, dual airbags, auto climate control, and keyless entry. The cars exterior design, with its Liquid Flow Aesthetic, is visually appealing and sets it apart in its segment. However, it lacks some of the premium features found in higher variants, such as steering-mounted audio controls and a touchscreen infotainment system. Despite this, the Baleno Sigma offers great value for money, especially considering its fuel efficiency, reliable performance, and reasonable maintenance costs.
Price
The Maruti NEXA Baleno Sigma MT is priced at approximately Rs. 6.66 lakh ex-showroom. When it comes to on-road prices, you can expect to pay around Rs. 7.5 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh, depending on the state and local taxes. This pricing makes the Baleno Sigma an attractive option in the premium hatchback segment, offering a good balance of features and affordability. The estimated EMI for this variant would be around Rs. 15,233 per month, making it accessible to a wide range of buyers. Overall, the pricing is competitive and aligns well with the value proposition of the vehicle.
