It is expected to roll out in India at an ex-showroom cost of INR 75 lakhs. The luxury based roadster is powered by a 4600 cc V8 engine which generates a maximum power of 320 bhp @ 6400 rpm and produces a maximum torque of 310 Nm @ 4400 rpm. It runs on a 6 speed automatic gearbox and has a 68 litres fuel tank. Cadillac XLR is a competitor to Porsche Boxster and BMW Z4 sDrive 35i.
