It's apples and oranges, really. That is to say, the 8C was a halo car, a statement piece. Alfas are trying to compete with BMW and Mercedes in modern times. The two have their merits, but I’d miss the boldness of something like the 8C in the current lineup.

It’s about the experience, it’s about the sound of that Ferrari derived V8, it’s about the looks that kill but it’s also about the people that are around you. It’s not a track weapon, it’s a proper GT car.
