Kawasaki User Reviews - Page 1

Kawasaki Z250 is a comfortable motorcycle with perfect quality and good top-end grunt. It has an aggressive front and looks like a big motorcycle. The brakes are strong and friendly if you need them but ABS is omitted from the bike for India. The 6-speed gearbox gives smooth shifts and the clutch is well weighed with the lever providing amazing feel. It does excel when it comes to mileage and returns more than 30 km/l, resulting in a 500 km plus range on a single tank. The ride quality is good and easily absorb bumps on road. Plastic quality is average and rear view mirrors give decent viewing angle. It shares the same instrument cluster used by Ninja 300, but has a couple of changes to it. The seats are on the harder side but still offer a lot of comfort. In comparison to rider seat, pillion seat is quite inappropriate. I rode with two different passengers and they commented that the seat was too uncomfortable and stiff for a long riding. It has impressive handling and corners with good precision.

Kawasaki Ninja 250R was like a dream come true to me. The day I bought it, I become the centre of attraction every time I go on road. Initially, I found it pretty heavy to ride in traffic. But after spending some time with this power machine, I become familiar and now I can ride it like any other bike. Though the seating position of bike is sporty but it is comfortable too. The best riding experience comes when you cross 6000RPM and it is best experience in the 250cc class. I personally never found any problem in this bike.

It is a perfect practical performance bike which can be used for both touring and commuting and a good performer on the track. The engine is refined and vibration free. The gear shifts are more torquier and smooth which makes riding more comfortable. As you all know, it’s not built for higher fuel efficiency, but it provides more mileage than the old 250R. I have got an overall 26 km/l and it’s a good digit for a sports bike. The acceleration is very impressive. The only thing that makes a rider turn away is its price tag. At Rs. 3.9 lakhs, it’s surely is not the most affordable bike around.

I have a great passion for bikes. And owing bike like Kawasaki Ninja 250R is really a great experience. I bought my bike on February 24, 2013. Its looks are quite sporty and it is the best looking bike in its category. It has a powerful braking system which gives me confidence on high speed. The strong suspension is successful in handling bumps and potholes smoothly. Handling wise, my motorcycle is undoubtedly the great machine in its segment. Talking about its cons, it is difficult to ride in constant and long traffic conditions. It is also very expensive and also has high maintenance which is not obviously a cup of tea of every person.

Wow what a bike, i like this bike so much that i just cant stop looking at it. This bike is a wonderful package, it has got good acceleration, brakes and seats. You can actually do a 0-100 in just 3.5 seconds if you are a good dragger, i mean it. The only thing i don't like about this bike is its ground clearance. I really think in India a bike should have a ground clearance of at least 150 mm if not more. I like the ER6n more than the Ninja 650, yes the Ninja 650 has the fairing and looks bigger and it also goes a fraction faster than the ER6n but because of the lack of fairing the ER6n is 6 kilos lighter than the Ninja 650 and that definitely would help the ER6n to get a quicker 0-100 timing than the Ninja 650. Well, i don't hate the ninja 650 the way i hate the Kawasaki Versys but its just that i like the ER6n more than the ninja. No offence guys, wear your helmets and the gears, anticipate and ride faasssst....
