Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) launched the H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition in December 2021 to commemorate the motorcycles one-year anniversary in India. This special edition comes in Matt Marshal Green Metallic and Pearl Igneous Black color schemes, with gold emblems and an Anniversary Edition decal on the tank. It also features a split seat and chrome-finished side stand. I think this edition adds a nice touch of elegance and exclusivity to the bike.

The H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition retains the mechanical specifications of the regular model, including a 348.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 21bhp and 30Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox. The bike continues to use a steel cradle duplex frame and telescopic forks at the front along with twin hydraulic shocks at the rear. I believe the unchanged mechanics ensure reliability and performance that buyers have come to trust.

The H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition is only available in the DLX Pro variant and is priced at Rs 2.03 lakh, which is a Rs 2,500 premium over the regular model. This limited edition will be sold through Honda’s BigWing dealership network, catering to those looking for a unique and commemorative motorcycle. I think the price hike is justified given the exclusive features and colors.

The H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition rivals other popular retro-style motorcycles in India, such as the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, Benelli Imperiale 400, and Jawa. Despite the competition, the CB350 has maintained strong sales and demand, particularly in urban and Tier I and II cities. I believe its blend of classic styling and modern technology makes it a compelling choice.

Honda commenced deliveries of the H’ness CB350 in October 2020, with over 1,000 units delivered in just over 20 days, indicating strong demand from the market. This positive response set the stage for subsequent special editions like the Anniversary Edition. I think this initial success was a clear indicator of the bikes appeal to Indian buyers.
