Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hero Electric E-Sprint scooter is a mixed bag when it comes to overall performance and user experience. On the positive side, it boasts a powerful 800 W (1500 W-peak) electric motor and a decent top speed of 45 kmph in power mode, which is fairly competitive in its segment. The scooter also features an aerodynamic and sleek body design, along with useful features like a cell phone charger, sensor braking system, and hydraulic front disc brakes. However, some users have reported issues with comfort, particularly highlighting the poor quality of headlights and backlights, as well as discomfort during rides. Despite these drawbacks, the E-Sprint remains a viable option for those looking for an eco-friendly and cost-effective commuting solution.
Price
The Hero Electric E-Sprint scooter is priced competitively in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price in India starts at around 43,240 in cities like Mumbai and Bangalore, and can go up to 45,490 in Maharashtra. When considering the on-road price, you can expect to add another 2,000 to 5,000 depending on the state and local taxes, as well as any additional costs such as registration and insurance. This pricing makes the E-Sprint an attractive option for budget-conscious buyers who are looking to transition to electric vehicles. However, its important to factor in the overall cost of ownership, including maintenance and any potential upgrades.

Hero Electric E-Sprint Scooter Discussion
I, Kiran Kashinath Thakur, bought a Hero Electric Bike, Hero Esprint, from your Authorised Dealer - "Speed Hero, Nandanvan Complex, Panvel, Navi Mumbai", on 30/05/2012.
I like the bike very much as it is very useful for local travelling. I am satisfied with the bike.
I have paid Rs. 45,000/- including charges for Insurance and Registration of the bike.
However, even after 4 months, I have not received the Original Insurance Copy (Only Scanned Copy received) nor the vehicle is being Registered with RTO.
I followed up with the dealer for so many times for the same. But I have not received the satisfactory response in the subject.
The last followup with the dealer in this regard was on 28/09/2012. He assured me of giving all my requirements on 01/10/2012. But still I have not recd the same.
I request you to look in the matter to tackle my problem at the earliest.
