Interior of Ford Figo will now feature 6.5 inch display with Ford Sync 3, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Almost everything else in its interior stays the same as present generation model.
Ford will deliver these same changes on the 2018 Aspire and both of them are also expected to get the new 1.2L, 3-cylinder petrol engine producing 96 HP from recently showcased Freestyle.
This will help them claim the most powerful slot among segment rivals like Maruti Swift and Hyundai i10 Grand. Figo is the only hatchback of its segment to offer 6-airbags on the top spec variant.
Ford Figo is powered by a 1498cc, four cylinder diesel engine producing 98.6 BHP at 3750 rpm and 215 Nm at 1750-3000 rpm. The engine comes mated to 5-speed manual gearbox. This makes is a good option as power to weight ratio from this diesel engine is most reputed among segment rivals.
Ford Figo claims 25.83 kmpl of mileage from the 2017 diesel model. This is expected to stay the same as no changes were made to the power-train. Top spec diesel powered Ford Figo is expected to get a price tag of INR 7.5 lakh in India.
