It seems like TVS will never come up with a model carrying both fuel-injection and ABS. That would effectively price it around INR 1.19 lakh and that price point belongs to none other than Yamaha FZ25. TVS Apache RTR 200 shares the same 197.75cc motor on all possible present day variants.
The engine is good for 20.73 BHP of power and 18.1 Nm of maximum torque on the fuel injected variant. It weighs just 148 kg and thus, power to weight ratio is impressive for everyday riding conditions. The official rival for Apache RTR 200 is Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and that also comes in both ABS and non-ABS variant.
The only restriction of the Pulsar is single channel ABS while TVS offers dual channel unit for more safety and effective braking in all possible conditions. Buyers can select from a large number of shade option on TVS Apache RTR 200. Apache is not just a hit product in India, it dominates certain segment of bikes in South Asian markets also.
