BS6 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Price Increased: The BS6-compliant model of the Apache RTR 200 4V was launched in India back in November last year with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1,24,000. Exactly after three months, the brand hiked the price of the motorcycle by INR 1,000 to INR 1,25,000 in February. Then again after a gap of three months, TVS increased the price of the Apache RTR 200 by INR 2,500 to INR 1,27,500 in May.
As per the latest details available, the brand has increased the price of the bike once again, this time by INR 1,050. The BS6-compliant Apache RTR 200 4V is now available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1,28,550. Apart from getting three price hikes in the past nine months, the motorcycle has not received any cosmetic or mechanical updates to justify the price hikes.

Powering the motorcycle is a 197.75cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, fuel-injected, BS6-compliant engine. In comparison to the BS4 model, the torque generated by the motorcycle has declined a bit. The engine is now capable to develop a maximum power of 20.5HP @ 8500 rpm and a peak torque of 16.8Nm @ 7500 rpm. In comparison to the BS6 model, the BS4 variant of the motorcycle was good for an utmost torque of 18.1Nm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The customers can avail the 2020 BS6 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V in Gloss Black and Pearl White colour options.
