The range falls between INR 5 lakh to INR 20 lakh but unfortunately, those above INR 10 lakh are rarely seen on this list. Here we have top 10 best selling 600-1000cc bikes in India.

Harley Davidson Street 750 stood number one with 155 units in March 2018. Street Rod followed close for second position with 134 units. Both bikes share components and get two different engine tunes for two totally different riding styles.
Kawasaki Z900 and Ninja 1000 came next with 48 units and 40 units respectively. These two outnumbered their younger cousins that carry much smaller price tag. Harley Iron 883 stood fifth with 32 units in sale while Triumph Street Twin and Kawasaki Vulcan S shared sixth position with 30 units each.
Kawasaki Z650 came next with 24 units while Honda CBR650F and Versys 650 shares the eighth position with 21 units in sale each. Ninth position was also shared by Bonneville T100 and Ninja 650 at 16 units each. A sudden fall comes through Triumph Tiger 800 with just 3 units.

Apart from these 10 positions, Kawasaki Z1000 was good for 2 units in sale. Triumph Street Triple S, Street Scrambler and Honda CB1000R came next with 1 unit each. Unfortunately, most desired set of superbikes like Yamaha R1, Honda CBR1000RR, Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Kawasaki ZX-10R were unable to get even a single buyer. The most expensive bike sold under this category was CB1000R.
