Hero CBZ Xtreme Retro by YUDI Customs of Udaipur shows how well one can convert an aged machine into a timeless beauty. The popular street performance bike of one time is currently available with Hero Xtreme nameplate but actual charm was lost long way back when both Hero and Honda broke ties due to their respective reasons.

They have kept the iconic frame and engine intact while most parts were fabricated again to achieve perfection in terms of design. The motorcycle was born as a cafe racer. It now comes with a typical cafe racer fuel tank with perfect knee placement and praise worthy looks.
The stock curves were given a miss as one can clearly see fender-less front and rear tyre that support huge treads for slight rough road fun. Seat used here is finished in premium tan shade while handlebar used mimics a clip-ons with their lower positioning and less than usual width.

YUDI Customs replaced the alloy wheels with spoke wheels to give it a vintage look while disc brake used here is same unit available on original motorcycle. They are using custom free flow exhaust and performance air filter for adding some more fun.
Hero CBZ is powered by a 156.8cc, single cylinder engine producing 12.8 BHP at 8000 rpm and 12.45 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Stock bike weighs 138 kg while one can expect CBZ Xtreme Retro to weigh much less due to removed parts. Cost of this modification remains unknown.
