To jog your memory, the 300cc BS4 engine was capable of churning out a maximum power of 38.2HP and a peak torque of 26.5Nm. The engine would continue being mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The 2021 Benelli 302R is expected to get the same USD forks at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear. The disc brake setup at either side is expected to be mated to a dual-channel ABS as standard. The updated model of 302R is expected to be launched in the Indian markets sometime later this year though there has been no official confirmation received on the same. The brand is expected to reveal more information on the BS6-compliant Benelli 302R in the coming weeks. In terms of pricing, the 2021 model is expected to be priced around INR 10,000 higher than the last-gen BS4 version, which was available with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 3.10 lakhs.
