All other factors remaining constant, if you increase a vehicle's cc, the bhp also increases. However, it isn't always necessary that a higher cc means a higher BHP, especially in the case of two different vehicles. In such a case, the one with a higher BHP will most likely perform better. If you install superchargers or turbochargers, you can increase BHP substantially.
