The TVS Apache RTR 200 has been launched in India. The motorcycle is priced between INR 88,900 to 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 198cc oil-cooled single-cylinder 4-valve engine. It is available in two variants; a carburettor and a fuel-injection system. While the carburettor produces 20.2bhp and a peak torque of 18.1Nm, the fuel injected engine produces an extra of 0.5bhp. The motorcycle is available in seven color variants namely, matte red, matte yellow, matte gray, matte black, matte white, white and black.

Unfortunately, KTM has no plans to launch the Duke 125 and the RC 125 in India. Possible reasons behind this could be: 1. Not enough customers for either motorcycle because they'll be priced quite high compared to other 125cc motorcycles. The Yamaha R15 is expected to come out in late 2016 or early 2017. Not much is known about the bike as of now except that it will be slightly more powerful than the current version and might feature a reworked body panel and other cosmetic changes.
