Baleno RS is the sports hatchback from Maruti Suzuki Nexa. It has the same body as the regular Baleno but features a difference in some cosmetic changes and engine. The engine on the Baleno RS is a 998cc direct-injection Booster Jet petrol motor that has a maximum power delivery of 101 hp at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 150 Nm between 1,700 rpm and 4,500 rpm. This power delivery is made through a 5-speed manual gearbox that delivers a fuel efficiency of 21.1 kmpl.
