The old Pulsar sound is missed. The P150 is too refined, too quiet. The Pulsar no longer has that signature growl that used to make heads turn.

Affordable performance is the legacy, and the P150 has it. It’s not as revolutionary, but it’s a natural playing field.

The P150 captures the essence well, as someone who has owned multiple Pulsars. Just like the original, it’s still a head turner with decent performance.

While the double disc is a gimmick, the bike itself is rock solid. Not groundbreaking like the original, but is it required to be? Times have changed.

I believe it does a nice job of striking a balance. There’s more comfort and more features than in the older Pulsars, but that zippy feeling we all crave is still there.

Nah, it's lost the charm. The Pulsars were raw and exciting when they were original. This is too refined, too sanitized. A good bike, no true Pulsar.

The P150 Double Disc is a worthy successor. The Pulsar retains the sporty DNA but with a little more modernity. That is precisely how the Pulsar should evolve.

The P150 Double Disc is actually quite surprising for a budget bike. While it's not quite track focused, nor an outrageous number, it’s pretty much perfect for everyday use.

I went from an FZ to the P150 and the Pulsar is good, but I do miss the lightness of the Yamaha in city traffic. In tight spaces the P150 feels a bit heavier.

The P150’s one thing that I love is how it handles bumpy roads. Its suspension soaks up imperfections better than most of its competitors.

Honestly, I think there’s not much difference in handling between these bikes. This all boils down to personal preference and what you are used to riding.

I’ve ridden the P150, the Unicorn and the Pulsar and I have to say that the Pulsar feels a lot more responsive. It has a slight edge in weight distribution from the double disc setup.
