The primary difference between the Honda CBR250RR and the CBR250R lies in their engine configuration and performance. The CBR250RR is equipped with a 249.7cc, 4-stroke, DOHC, 8-valve, parallel twin-cylinder engine, producing 41 hp at 13,000 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm. In contrast, the CBR250R features a single-cylinder engine, typically a 249.6cc, 4-stroke, DOHC, 4-valve unit, generating around 26.5 hp at 8,500 rpm and 22.9 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The CBR250RR also boasts advanced features such as ride-by-wire technology, three riding modes , and dual-channel ABS, which are not present in the CBR250R. Additionally, the CBR250RR has a more sophisticated suspension system with inverted telescopic forks and a Pro-Link monoshock, whereas the CBR250R usually has conventional telescopic forks and a monoshock rear suspension. The CBR250RR is designed as a more performance-oriented sport bike, while the CBR250R is positioned as a more entry-level sports bike.
