The under seat storage on the Chetak 3502 TecPac is a 35L which begs the question: Is that much storage on a scooter practical or excessive?

I think it's nice to have, but if I were to leave something valuable in there, I'd be scared I forgot about it.

For short riders, it's great—taller people may find it uncomfortable. I'm 6'2" and on long rides I feel a bit cramped.

The forward controls are awkward for really short riders, but the low seat is nice. It's a trade-off.

I love it as a shorter rider. A big difference in city traffic is being able to flat foot at stops.

It’s a good short rider, but that shouldn’t be the only reason to buy. Take different bikes out for a test ride and check which bikes feel right for you.

But she is low to the seat, which is cool, but it has to come at the cost of ground clearance. A problem on rough roads or speed bumps.

I think it's overrated. There are plenty of shorter riders that do just fine on tall bikes with good technique. It’s really about skill, not height.

Part of what makes it a bobber is the single seat. Get an Interceptor if you want practicality. The Shotgun is a style solo ride.

I think RE is doing smart move. The pillion seat can be added if needed, but the stock single seat looks cool. Best of both worlds.

It might not be practical, but that’s not really the point of this bike. It's not a daily commuter, it's a lifestyle choice.

The deal breaker for me is the single seat. I don't want to have to buy and install an extra seat, so sometimes I like to ride with my partner.

I actually like the single seat. This makes me enjoy solo rides and the freedom that goes with it. Also, it’s a perfect excuse when someone asks you to give him a ride!

The convertible luggage rack is pretty clever. It keeps the bobber look when you need it, but provides you with some practicality for longer trips.

It’s honest, but not practical. Clearly, RE is aiming at riders who care more about the style than the utility and that’s alright. Not every bike can be everything.

I would worry about it rattling or coming loose. I really hope RE did their homework on the mounting.
