Is TVS Akula a double-seat motorcycle?

Akula 310 has been shown as a single seater bike on the auto expo 2016 whereas it's production version would definitely be a double seater bike. It comes powered with the single cylinder 310 cc engine from TVS that also powers the BMW G310R. Akula 310 has also been said to be named as the RTR 300 for India, producing 33.6 BHP and 28 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and uses light carbon fiber body in the concept form. it comes loaded with safety features like ABS and thick good quality tyres. it weighed just 130 kg in the concept form.
