When will the Hero Duet Electric be available in market?

Hero Duet Electric can be launched anytime by Hero MotoCorp while there is no exact competition in the Indian market as no other scooter would be offered with petrol motor as well as electric motor option. The 5KV motor on the Duet is good for a 0-60 kmph time of just 6.5 seconds, producing 14 Nm of torque from standstill. All of the dimensional values remain same as the petrol duet except the weight of the scooter and its price, which has not yet been hinted by the company.

Hero's next update on their website will surely end this confusion and they may delete the bikes which have been discontinued or not being carried forward to the next generation. Impulse is a nice bike with good power to weight ratio and an excellent India friendly ground clearance. The lesser popular dirt bike design of the Impulse lead to its limited approach among the 150 cc bike buyers. You can easily get one from a Hero dealership on order.
