Does the Chetak 3502 TecPac’s 153 km range fix range anxiety or is it still an issue?
14 January 2025 10:41
I still get anxious, but it's better than most. But what if I forget to charge one day? Do you ever have to make an unexpected trip, or need to? 200+ km range would make me more comfortable.
Is the 5-inch TFT display of the Chetak 3502 TecPac useful or just a gimmick?
14 January 2025 10:41
It's overkill for a scooter. What I’d rather have is a simple, reliable display that just shows me speed and battery level. Less to go wrong over the long run.

What was the reason people turned the Bajaj Chetak before starting it?
14 January 2025 09:20
I do think it was more of a habit than a necessity. Yes, it probably did help on occasion, but people did it anyway, even when it wasn’t necessary.
Was the Bajaj Chetak really as reliable as people said it was?
14 January 2025 09:20
Absolutely! The Chetak ran for over 20 years with just basic maintenance in my family. You don't see 'em making 'em like that anymore.
How did the Bajaj Chetak impact Indian culture and the Indian society?

For many middle class homes, it was the first 'family vehicle'. My whole family of four remember us squeezed on our Chetak!

You may use any normal 220V, 5A, 3-pin earthed socket to Charge your Chetak with the provided Chetak charging cable and pin adapter.
