The hype is real! Overall the build quality is fantastic, and really stable even at higher speeds. But Aftek Motors customer service has been top notch as well.

At first I was skeptical, but after test riding my friend's Etwo I am sold. The folding mechanism is super smooth and it's surprisingly zippy.

I really don’t think it’s overhyped. Solid tires are great for avoiding flats, but they make for a pretty rough ride over rough roads.

Worth every penny! The Etwo has literally saved me so much money on public transport and ride sharing. It was paid for within a few months.

I’ve ridden my Etwo in light rain a few times and it works surprisingly well. They do have some good grip in the tires, but I’m still careful turning corners.

Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. Water and electric scooters don’t get along. On rainy days, I would rather take the bus than maybe ruin my Etwo.

In damp conditions it's fine, but I wouldn't trust it in heavy rain. Without fenders, you get a nice stripe up your back if you're not careful!

My Etwo is now much more water resistant, I have added some aftermarket fenders and a silicone sealant around the deck. Now it handles wet roads like a champ.

I still feel nervous when it’s really slippery out there, but the Etwo’s low center of gravity helps with stability on wet roads.

My Etwo is my food delivery vehicle if it’s raining or not. So far it’s held up well but I make sure to dry it off thoroughly after each wet ride.

Solid tires are great in the wet – no hydroplaning like pneumatic tires. Just brake more carefully.

I get 25 to 30 km on a single charge and that’s pretty much what Aftek advertises. Not bad for my 15 km round trip commute.

It has a decent range, but it falls off a cliff if you're always riding in the fastest mode. I’ve started using the eco mode more often to get more battery life.

I'm heavier rider and in a hilly area. I’m lucky if I can get 20 km per full charge. Less than I expected, definitely.

It’s fine for short trips but I wouldn’t trust it for longer trips. Just in case, I always carry the charger with me.

I’ve used it for a year, and the range has dropped a little bit. I’m probably getting about 80% of what I was getting when the scooter was new.

Future proofing with the swappable battery on the Elmo is a big plus. If battery tech improves you may be able to upgrade without replacing the whole scooter.

Long term parts availability worries me. They are a new player and if they go under we could be left with expensive paperweights.
